What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Pay when your order arrives at your doorstep.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery (1-2 days) is available for select areas. Orders over Rs.10,000 qualify for free shipping.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all products in their original condition and packaging. Defective items can be returned within 7 days for a full refund.
Are all products genuine?
Yes, every product sold on our platform is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors. All products come with manufacturer warranty.
Do you offer warranty on products?
All smartphones come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty. Accessories typically have 6-12 months warranty depending on the brand.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is placed you can track its status from your account under "My Orders". You'll also receive email updates.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the country only. International shipping is coming soon.
